Brian began his business as a one-person firm and has maintained and grown many successful and long-term relationships with clients. As these relationships have grown, so has the agency. Brian now leads a robust staff of highly specialized professionals while keeping a keen eye on the high design standards of the firm. His emphasis on exemplary customer service, continuous improvement and visionary ideas keeps Applied Creative a vibrant and growing agency.

Having begun her career with a design firm in Tempe as a Production Manager, Kim has long demonstrated the skills necessary to build long lasting client relationships through her intelligent design and outstanding customer service. For over 10 years as Creative Director for Applied Creative she has lent her creative talents and production expertise to every project we create. Her ability to listen and learn, then translate and articulate those ideas and concepts to the creative team has proven invaluable to the continued success of our clients.
